Here is my 408C stroker motor I am putting together.

I got the stroker kit from Mark & Heather McKeown of "MME Motorsports & Engineering".
4.00 stroke 4340 forged Scat crank
6" Scat 4340 H beam rods with 7/16 Arp 2000 Rod Bolts
4.010 ROSS 13.75-1 ratio forged pistions
Pro Products Balancer
Scat Flexplate
(All this Balanced through 8000 RPM)
Ford Motorsports double roller timing chain

The Block is a 1972 4 Bolt main block
The Heads are 1970 quench chambers, with Manley severe
duty 1 piece SS valves

Mark and his wife are excellent to deal with, I talked to Mark on the phone about what I wanted to do. Then after a couple of weeks, I drove up to there shop to pickup the parts myself. The heads are stock, except for the valves and hardware. The motor should turn upwards in the range of 7200 - 7600 RPM. WE will see abought the horse power.
