Hello. I am building a 68 mustang for the track with a 351C I have already which i plan to use are the procomp heads they checked out ok at the machince shop and he said I got a good set (lucky me) For now i want a stock stroke because i already have the crank and rods all done up. I was thinking of using the parker funnelweb intake. What i am asking is can you guys point me in the direction of a low 11's high ten second build that will run ok on 93 octane. The car will be just two race seats and fibergalss hood so stripped Thanks for the help

Just looking at what is out there for builds, I think taking a look at some of KidV's stuff would be worthwhile. Plenty of 'em posted here and there, and he runs awful good numbers with minimal high-dollar stuff. If you don't want to go through getting MME or the "Mad Porter" to recommend/cut you a custom cam, he also seems to have found some good off the shelf ones that do the job.
Danford's current 68 with stroker might be helpful also. He has quite a bit more weight than you will I'm guessing, and maybe a little more street friendly than you intend, so ratcheting up the nasty factor on a non-stroker ought to be close. Full race tranny and higher stall with other specs close to the same (except the stroke, natch) should make your's very close to what you want, I would wager, particularly if the heads can be brought up to CHI like efficiency, as some people seem to be doing. Danford can run on pump gas, and his verifying the help a simple old velocity stack can give really puts a grin on this old guy's mug.
I haven't put together a 10 second car in so long I am hopelessly out of date, only living it vicariously through builds posted on here.
