HELLO THERE ANYONE....Well this is a new expierence for me posting a message.I am at the moment in INDIA doing a 3mth classical ASHTANGA course in Mysore southern India.I intend arriving in Sri Lanka on the 25th of Aug for a 10 day VIPASSANA meditation retreat near Kandy.What I really need to know and would deeply appreciate would be any information on YOGA SHALAS or TEACHERS in Sri Lanka especially ASHTANGA but if not then thats ok I wll of course try another disipline.I would really like to continue practicing on a daily basis.I will be finished the meditation retreat on the 5th of Sept and will be staying until the 10th of oct.If anyone knows of cheap accommidation or rooms or self catering for this period that would be fantastic too.Well thank you for your interest and hope to hear from you soon bye.
