Under 17 is a joke, a farce.

The GTHL has all AAA players on the list but many are coaches sons, uncles, ole time buddies.

The OMHA is a complete old boys club. Its who you know, not how well you play. The actually have houseleague, A and AA players on the list.

Peterborough camp is good for the omha, but the Collingwood Camp, oh my what a complete joke!! It will be like watching house kids play. Same your time, all Grey Bruce going forward. How do you have kids from Orillia A, TNT etc going to camp.

If you apply they will review you. If you have connections, then you are in.
Why some parents would put there kids through this is unbelievable. Some of these kids are small and will get hurt. Plus the sizes they put on the rosters, as most know are incorrect, everyone adds 1 or 2 inches to their height, but that will get correct at the camp, when they are get measured.

Try 3 inches and 20 pounds for some defencemen. And his DAD is a coach, that filled out the form.

If the dad/coach of this defenceman can do that with absolutely NO remorse, than just imagine what he has done all year long to all those other defencemen on the bench.

I guess you'll have to show why there are kids in housleague and why there are kids in AAA. If I was a AAA defencemen, I'd have to hit these kids so dad can see the mistake he made by putting his kid on the ice with AAA kids, even if he is friend of the old boys club
