Greg Whittle showed that he deserved to be drafted a lot higher than the 9th round. He was one of the top forwards at the Camp.

I disagree. That kid looks like he's about 40 pounds overweight. He's got no shot unless he drops a few.

I find that impossible to believe unless I see the scale with my own eyes. Either that, or he is wearing pants two sizes too big and an inner tube around his waste.

Looks like Brampton (the OHL team) had a great draft. Five of their draft picks moved on.

Did Andy Bathgate not make it to the next level? I would thought he would have gone ahead of Visca.

Re: heard agility and speed records broken at U17 camp

Actually he played better than 3/4's of these kids going through. Holland was a no show, Beck was like molasis in January, Randell finally showed up - nice to see, Visca was wheeling all over the place but didn't accomplish too much, Pachis was awful. I did however notice that no player going through was under 165 lbs, They say that size dosen't matter, but it really does. In all these camps it seems that talent didn't matter. Its all about self promotion. In the next step the boys will be sepperated from the men but will be out 500 hundo.
