Watched the game, the rangers took it to the JCs right off the bat and controlled the game for the first two periods. The JCs made it a game and came back in third with a few quick goals, then the rangers started to come back within the last 3 minutes. End result was a 6-5 win for the JCs. Heard the JCs were missing a few decent players but it seemed like they had a full bench. |

Nobody key from JCs was missing. NYR scored opportunistically in the 1st, otherwise, JCs had edge in play. Second was all NYR as JCs stopped skating.
JCs decided to skate in the 3rd and the final score flattered NYR as they got a late goal to make it look close. It could've been 10-5 if JCs buried their scoring chances in the 3rd. JCs looked scary as wave after wave came in the first 5 minutes of the 3rd to bury NYR.
Scoring was spread out evenly among JCs, no one dominated. |

#91 has great individual skill, with emphasis on the 'individual'. If he used his teammates more, he'd be more effective. |

NYR dominated the game in the first two periods. They demonstrated their overall team speed and the lack of overall team speed of the JC's. JC's did not get out of their end much in those first two periods; 3-1 NYR after two periods.
In the third period, NYR came out flat footed. They stopped moving their feet and played selfishly. They played as if the game was already won. JC's went with two lines in the third and that is why they were able to come back.

JCs went with 2 lines in the 2nd and 3 lines in the 3rd. That's why they won in the third. |

Here we go again. Haven't you JC parents caught on yet? The 1991 team have always been and will always be the 1992 development team. Pay your $6K sit and watch all the 1992s get drafted to the OHL.
Red Wings, Marlies, Rebels, Kings, and Rangers will all finish higher. |

You can also add the Markham Majors to that list that will finish higher. | |
