muise didnt do anything the ref grabbed him and he shook him off
and he could be playing in the O right now but because he is captain this year hes staying with the team as a good captain would

Shaking an official off, is all it takes to get a penalty. I am pretty sure that after he berated the referees during the game it wasn't too difficult for the referee to give him a suspension, as this just further went to show his disregard/disrespect of officials.
