Generally no.
They will supply jerseys, socks, tracksuits, and sometimes jackets, bags and gloves. Buses available to long distance away games, find a drive to close ones (as with many Tier II teams). BUT you do not pay anything so you are still ahead.
Some quality players on most teams (former OPJHL, even OHL, due to schooling changes, jobs, etc)

Actually alot of the teams in the Great Lakes Junior C league are supplied with vapor 30/40 sticks, buses to all games, bunch of other perks.
