Mother-in-Law's Shrimp Remoulade

This is so good you don't need shrimp--use it as a raw vegetable dip, pour it over cooked veggies, use it as a salad dressing, or whatever other way you can think of:

2 bunches green onions--chopped fine or run through a food processor

2 cups Mayo (it is said that Kraft is best in this dish)

2 Tbs. Zatarain's Creole Mustard

Horseradish to taste and whatever else you might want to throw in.

Let sit for a few days in the fridge.

Makes 2 pints.

Another family recipe for Amy's Collection

Also from my mother-in-law.  It's not an old family recipe but it's very easy and absolutely delicious.
