Fauxtatoes! How to Make 'Em!

Alright, this is the best I can do, as I did not use a recipe. It was also the first time I made it, so not like I have many memories of how much stuff I used.

I steamed a whole head of cauliflower which I had broken into florets, until tender.

Then I took it out of the steamer basket & put it in a bowl to cool down enough to work with.

I had just wizzed some garlic in the food processor and got it all out, but the hint of garlic was still present.

Put the cauliflower in the food processor and added some butter, sea salt, fresh ground black pepper and a couple of sprinkles of BAYOU BANG.

I wizzed it and as I was wizzing, slowly poured a little cream thru the opening in the top. I wizzed til they looked like mashed potatoes.

Put it in a corning ware dish & baked for 20 minutes or so, just to keep warm, as I needed to make the salad and slice the roast.

It came out very good and everyone loved it! And none of us had that sleepy feeling of wanting to take a nap.
