4 Tbs. brown sugar
1 1/3 cups white vinegar
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tbs. Alessi garlic puree
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 onion, sliced
Combine ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then simmer until liquid is reduced by about 1/2.
This makes enough sauce to go with a 4 lb. pork loin.
