artichoke square

1/2 lb mushrooms. sliced                         4 garlics, chopped

1/2 c onion, chopped                             1 tin artichoke hearts

1/4 c bread crumbs                            1/2 lb grated cheddar

salt, pepper, oregano, olive oil             Tabasco or Crystal Hot Sauce to taste

Saute mushrooms and onions in some oil.  Add everything else nd mix well.  Bake in oiled 8- inch pan 25-30 min at 350.  Serve hot in 2-inch squares as a side dish, or room temp in 1-inch squares as an appetiser or canape.
