Some of us have been after this recipe for ages. A dear email friend, Fandango, came up with it recently and here it is for all of us to enjoy:

2 chickens, quartered
6 garlic cloves, minced (I would use much more)
salt/pepper to taste
1 stick margarine
1/3 C chopped parsley
2 Tbs Louisiana hot sauce
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper chicken. Place in small roasting pan and and cook at 375 degrees until 3/4 done. Melt margarine lightly to saute parsley and garlic. Add hot sauce and worcestershire to margarine.
Pour over chicken and cook till done.
