I dont measure, get some beef or pork liver,I find pork milder. Simmer until done. Grind or process until spreadable, not too smooth but no chunks either, you can pour a little melted real butter to help process. Grind a little onion too. You just want a hint of onion. Mix in enough real butter to bind, salt, pepper, and a couple shakes woostershire. I like it still warm on triscuits or rye crisps.
