What are results after being treated with LMB-2?

I recently received information from NIH about a Phase 2 trial with LMB-2 and have some questions for the folks on this site.

1. What have been the experiences from patients?
2. How effective has the drug been?
3. How frequently was the drug administered?
4. What are the side effects?
5. Are there similar antibody resistance issues as with BL22?

Any information would be appreciated.
