the thing I learned about iframes is that they do links and actually show the page you link to in the iframe.  instead of just the link addy.  would that classify as "hot linking"?

Oh on the hostinginsider web hosting e-mail you sent me.

the silver package (lowest) is 35.00 a year and must be paid yearly..this is a small price to pay for webhosting. Considering that they do a domain name for you and pay the yearly domain registration every year as long as you are on their server.  everyone else who gives you a free domain name pays for the registeration only for 1 year, then you have to pay the cost.  I got the Silver package for the time being because you can upgrade at any time and just pay the differance.
