I would like to add a table to the left of my forum. I want to keep the header at the top of the page just as it is now.

However I'd like to include a table on the the left side of the forum (including page links, special box, contact box) as you can see here on my website...

Is it possible to setup a table format like you have here to accomplish this?

I'm not a computer genius, so I'll need you to speak slowly
