by the way you have a > in the code after "audiostart=true no < or > except at the start and ending.  aldo you had  Autostart after the wav and it is already in at the end of code.

Now I found out: You are using the text-Editor which comes with Network54 MyAccount options, right?

I've tried now with this option cheked (I don't have the editor usually)

You are not going to believe this...I got the flash to work finally and found the problem.

it seems that when you embed a flash into NW54 it changes something in the code and you can not take the Code out of NW54 and have it work in anyplace else.

I went back to Aimoo and copied the code out of there and it works....so save the below code to do all  your flashes in or it won't work.

You replace the URl in the three places belowe   with what ever swf url you want to show.

again remember to hit the preview mode then hit the edit mode when the edit box comes up there will be a black box where the code use to be. just click on it twice and it will preview the swf.file then if you have it right and it shows just click post or save changes.

Here is the code you have to use...I forgot and made the flash appear....bad me..LOL

about the text editor in my forum...I am not sure whitch one you are talking about.

there is this one that is in FORUM name/OPTIONS:

This one in MY ACCOUNT/EDIT/AccountOptions/

This one each NW54 Mamber has to activate in their account for it to show. The little Gray box in the post page. And If I have it checked in my account I get the box (the owner of the forum has nothing to do with this one working or not for each poster. That is why I could get it posted. and maybe you could not??)

This is a control you set for every poster. You can have the HTML set in the forum options box and then control who can use it here.

This one. I've usually disabled the Editor for all my profiles. Because a) don't need it, b) does not work in other browsers than IntenetExplorer. So posting such things like inputs, embeds atc is possible when checke the WYSIWYG (what a word) option and follow the instructions you'd given.
As you can see, I don't like riddles, and I'm glad I solved it.. lol.. Thanks for spotting that out, KD.

Have to have a look at the Java-Object later , have to walk the dogs and feed the family now.

I may put them on the back burner for a while when I get stressed out not figurering the problem out.

My mind is at it's best early in the morning after just waking up. And usually answers to riddles come then.

By Noon My brain is "Out to Lunch" and I am not much in the brain department...and usually do not do anything that requires thinking...LOL

I am glad that we figured that one out too.  Me with the code and you with the editer...Good team.

P.S.  why did't you tell me that YOU could see my slide menu when I said it had disapeared???? I was serious. but found that it was just me and the stupid Addelete that I have on both puters...Really don't need them since I have Yahoo task bar with the block  poopups...it is great. you need to get it if you do not have it.

Also I have set this computers Privacy to prompting for any and all cookies, and the content for 0 language,sex and the other two. A window comes up with every site I click on asking permission. I can click view once or allow always (my trusted sites i.e. NW54).

You would be surprised at how many sites try to put cookies on your puter from just clicking on one particualr site...and the same goes for the content site...if the page has a pop up add or redirect I can know and approve or disaproove the site loading at all.  it is a bit of a p  ain in the butt. but at least I block access to automatic downloads and cookies by 100%. Most sites including NW54 want to put a cookie on your puter (they do with out you knowing) but it is not nesscery to run the site. there are some sites that will not load if you block the cookies and those I usually approve if it is a site that I know and go to all the time.

Nothing gets on this puter without me knowing what and who it is... "Am I parinoied or what???"  LOL

yes it is fixed...the slider...just turned my ad blocker off.

Yes, i would know all about age and memory and stress...got a ton of it here.  BTW I am over 50..and memory is almost gone...
