How do I set up a TABLE? March 31 2005 at 12:28 AM		(Premier Login cimex)

Hi, I was hoping you could help me. You can take a look at my forum here... http://www.network54.com/Forum/228309 I would like to add a table to the left of my forum. I want to keep the header at the top of the page just as it is now. However I'd like to include a table on the the left side of the forum (including page links, special box, contact box) as you can see here on my website... http://www.excellent-supply.com/default.asp Is it possible to setup a table format like you have here to accomplish this? Hi Rick

Setting up a table like this reqires some knowledges in Html.

In a simple draft: put the beginn of a table elemant at the HeaderBox and close it in the FooterBox.

----->HEADER:
TABLE
TR
TD (TableCell for the left Menu) /TD
TD (TableCell for the ForumTable)
----->HEADER
----->FOOTER:
/TD
/TR
/TABLE
---->FOOTER

How you forum could look like with the menu at the left you can see Here. My TestForum

Haven't done the paths to you hp within the menu, it was just to show it is possible doing it this way.

Look at the source of it, I've left some comments to mark the important parts.

What you put together is BRILLIANT!

But unfortunately I'm not able to figure it out to finish it up. I played with it all afternoon. It's beyond me.

I'd seriously be happy to pay you $100 to configure it for me. Let me know what we can do to put it together.

... the code I used is from entire forum, so it might be slightly different to what is indeed in your forum from an admin point of view.
Also I used it for my none-Premier account which adds the ads around the actual forum table.

You should try out in a newly created own Test forum to see if it matches without destroying your existing Message Board design!

Here's what I put in the Test forums Header:
