and we pass the whale on the way to and fro Hugo's, a favorite weekend breakfast place in Claremore. I'm glad some folks fixed up the whale as it is one of those Route 66 things that NEEDS to be there.
Now this fella, The Golden Driller, is in midtown Tulsa and was visible from my old house in the winter when the trees were bare:
