This is the one fans have been waiting for. The Lost Interview itself is worth the DVD alone. But we have managed to add hours of extremely rare Bruce Lee footage never seen before in its entirety. The production is near completion. We have access to so much footage spanning the career of Bruce Lee. A nice compliment to the things he dicsusses in the interview with Canadian Journalist Pierre Burton. From his early years training in his gung fu school, to the dynamic presentation at the Longbeach Internationals to his screen tests that landed him the role as Kato in the Green Hornet Television series and much, much more. This DVD has it all. A great addition to your DVD collection especially if you are a Bruce Lee fan. All on one DVD. You will never find another like it. DVD screen caps coming soon. Preorder today.
Very well presented, good quality and rare footage. One of the best dvds out there. Great price too for what you get. You wont be wasting your money on this one. Excellent!!!
DVDs4Trade, you did an EXCELLENT job on this! Great (and rare) Bruce Lee footage, along with very well designed navigational menus!! Thanks again for helping us collectors out (at a very reasonable cost!)!!
Man what can I say? Way cool. You've outdone yourself. This is probably the best value Bruce DVD I've seen. There's some great content on there. The menu pages are excellent. I loved the way you have to explore every part of the page to find everything. Some neet little surprises.
It's great at last to be able to access all those rare clips of Bruce in one place instead of having to wind through hours of video tape.
Great work! I knew you won't let me down. I've received the dvd today. It's simply extraordinary! The extra footages are breath-taking. I've never seen the multi angle shots of the tournaments and exhibitions. It's so much real Bruce in them. I thought I already know what you are putting there but I've never seen that length of the footages. I thought they were much shorter. I'm glad I was wrong. Let me say that Hong Kong TVB piece amazed me totally. Where on earth did you take these footages from?!
Great work with the hidden features. Even without "Lost Interview" the DVD is worth buying.
In the book "Bruce Lee's Fighting Method", there is a story about a karate guy who couldn't block Bruce's attack 7 times in a row. Well now on this DVD, you can see it by yourself!!! It's stunning finger jabs man! I also love Bruce's power punch and Bob Baker receiving it on his chest! Boy, he is flying back! Great footages. Rare as hell. Especially multi angle tournaments, HK TVB (with all that breaking boards all the time!) and more! Great job once again.
I have been an appreciator of Martial arts/ eastern philosophy/ Bruce Lee etc for many years now (well over 25 years) and my Father before me. Ever since the advent of computers for the general masses there has become a wealth of information that is readily available for all to access and explore. In the late seventies and eighties it was difficult to obtain any BL material on film here in the UK due to film censorship laws. It could be acquired from across the golden pond, but at the time was expensive and quality was lacking to say the least. Over time this has changed. especially with the ready availability of the DVD format. I do not claim to know everything about the late Bruce Lee but I have a fairly extensive collection of video (vhs) material of which all is readily available to obtain or purchase (various sources, asian media, etc), but most is on tape, your excellent DVD has brought most of the footage together for me onto a single source that can be preserved for prosperity. The quality is very good (sound and picture) and I like the addition of the BL commentary on some of the scenes. The menus work very well and the extra's are not too hard to locate.
You did a splendid job my friend and cant wait to show it to my friends and family alike.
If you decide to create another dvd in the future, please let us know...

Rare Bruce Lee Footage Deluxe Edition was released last year. It has everything the Lost Interview SE has, but hours of more Rare Lee Footage. The Lost Interview SE DVD came out in 2003 and had only minutes of Rare Footage. That one is no longer available as the Rare Footage DVD has everything PLUS more! That's why it's a Deluxe Edition!
So in short, the Deluxe Edition is the only one avaialble now and has all the Rare stuff these wonderful fans have wrote a review on.
Hey Kioko:
Thank You so much for the DVD, I am very impressed with your work on this particular DVD. I would like it if you would personally imform me of any future DVD's that you might have for sale in the near future, because I am hooked.
Well, I just ordered the GOD Deluxe Ed, and am dying to see it. I have the mentioned Japan G.O.D (a neat little film), and, of course the John Little film (which is very good for different reasons that "completeness"). What little snippets of the really rare outtakes look very informitive for the serious Bruce Lee collector. From reading what I have read here, I have no doubt that I am going to learn a great deal about the last year of this great man's overworked life.
More to come when I get the item.
With respect to all that have supported this thread,
