I have an '86 Cavalier RS convertable with a 2.8 Liter V-6. This is my first car and I plan to keep it forever and in my desire to rebuild it completely I'd like to make it the Cavalier from hell. GM sells a 3.4 liter drop in for my car, but I want to know if I can just build up any 3.4 block maybe even a 3.8 (they are all 60 degree V-6's, right?) and drop it in.
