literally stole your site ..registered to you and
he is only listed as the tech man .
You are the owner and to whom the site is fully registered to.
You have every right to pop over as it is your site.
With all his lies and bashing you and axing writers
off the site ,this should have come to no surprise to me . I had assumed he had more filed regarding registration of the site,but the truth is ,he doesn't.
You may want to consider legal action because it's not
just a matter of name removing. There's more involved

Your credit gets affected firsthand if he just up and
quits running the site. You will suffer more and because he has revealed just how ugly he can be.
I hope you understand the entire Earthquake he has caused.
When I get back ,I'll email you privately as to ALL the charges he can be brought up on. Quite a list.

I appreciate your concern and interest in this - but to tell you the truth, I'd rather rebuild than try to take over the rat's nest he's created on my site. There's bad Karma and a bad taste in my mouth associated with the Voice now, and I don't think it can be overcome very easily. A LOT of people have been watching that site grow for years, so those people have also lost their taste for it, no doubt. I'm sure his hit count has been cut in half over the past weeks...
This is not admitting or acceding defeat, my friends, this is being realistic and knowing when it's time to move on. There may be damages due to the horrible way he's treated me and compensation due for all my years of work on what he considers 'his' site, but we'll see. I'm not really a vindictive person, I just like to move on when one thing doesn't work any more, but I wouldn't mind seeing some justice done here some way.
