I just placed this message on the Discussion Forum on the Writer's Voice, and emailed it to Clive {with a few blank carbon copies to appropriate places}. I'm also placing it here, for the record:
I am formally requesting that you remove the name, The Writer's Voice, from this Website, because it is an Intellectual Property that was a gift from Mr. Stu Engle of Indiana to myself, Alice C. Bateman, of Hamilton Ontario Canada at that time and now of Calgary Alberta Canada.
I am also formally requesting that you remove the slogan I created, also by virtue and ownership of the Intellectual Property rights, which says 'The World's Favourite Literary Website.'
If you have any doubts as to my ownership of these Intellectual Properties, refer to this website:
http://www.wipo.org/
Do not forget to remove my slogan from every 'page properties' where it appears on individual urls.
I am also the registered Administrator of the domain name writers-voice.com, and may entertain offers for transfer of ownership if I am so inclined at some time in the future.
Alice C. Bateman
