And for those romantic souls, I'll tell you about my little Danny, just seven, who insisted on a flower for his little sweetheart. I got him a little bouquet of fake pink rosebuds for her {he wanted flowers that wouldn't die} and a little pretty vase that looks like an old-fashioned vanity jugto put them in. I'm sure the little girl will be thrilled, and I hope they're her first Valentine's Day flowers! I'd like to be a fly on the wall when he delivers them to her in a little while...

Doesn't matter how many times our hearts have been shattered, we're still hopeful and romantic - God did a good job designing the human heart, eh?

I spent part of the day with my sister Sandy. Haven't heard from her for at least a month. She seems to be doing fine, for her - trying to fet her life together. It was nice to spend some bonding time with her.
I'm starting to think about coming out to see you - I miss you and I miss being able to drive down to see you when you lived nearby in Hamilton. Did I ever mention to you I HATE CHANGE!
