I apologize in advance if I ever send one of these twice... and in case you guys haven't noticed, I practically NEVER name my work.... sometimes right before I post I'll think up something cheesey to tack on there.....



Watch us chase the setting sun,
though it, we know, we'll never find,
for soon another day's begun
and our great star comes from behind.

Let us face the other way,
to greet its waking every dawn,
that maybe in some distant day
our fear of evening will be gone.

Will you join me this last time
and come with me unto the Edge?
And, if we find it, will you climb
beside me to the Highest Ledge?

Show me where you want to go
and put me right where I should be;
I'll tell you what you need to know,
just never walk off without me.
