A gentle wave greets the sand
bathing my feet in the spot where I stand.
There are moments I dream of a Heavenly ground
where holy waves wash over precious souls found.
I can lovingly wave hello and good-bye
Yet that sometimes will leave me with a sigh...
Wanting to know about the divine teachings
that swiftly flow on by.
Ocean waves in time will soften a stone
as it is never completely left all alone.
Back and forth in waves of pure grace,
He softens my heart everywhere and everyplace.
Molded, reshaped and soft to the hand,
I am but a tiny grain among others in the sand.
An intricate cycle was created to move us
and lead us in the direction of our savior, Jesus.

I love visiting here at Wondersmith West. I don't know how long we've been coming here but I just about barely remember that "other place". Special invigorating waves of kindness interwined with warming poetry with other fine talented writers here, have marched us all forward to a new place....a place so much better than before.

Julie, I don't know if you know this, but quite often when my heart and soul most need an uplifting, here you are! God has brought us all together in this little tiny corner of cyberspace to console and inspire each other, I believe.
