I was moved to write last night in poetry, and I wanted it to reflect on ways that I personally like to worship Him ...it turned out that the only thing I could write, is what He did for all of us.

Redemption

When rising up each blessed day,
my spirit bows low as I pray.
Jesus enters my heart.

This awesome journey has begun.
Stay near me, most holy One…
Redeemer of my soul.

Loving God, a miracle I find!
No longer am I left behind …
Saved, by fairest Lord Jesus.

Now it’s time to close my eyes
As I rest under starlit skies…
For His grace surrounds me.

While darkness enters into the night,
the world can feel His holy light.
All glory to our Savior.

Romans 3:24
Being justified freely by his grace through
the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
May God richly bless all of my friends here,
Julie
Your new poem and your sentiments are both beautiful, Julie! Thanks.
Maybe now that I've finally gotten the Biography finished and to the publisher, I'll get some new poetry written!
Thanks for sharing this with us, Julie.
Love and Big Hugs,
Alice
