It does look like a fair chance to dig myself out of debt :D although that's not the best reason for writing anything... hahaha.. sadly, though, I can't swing the $10 entry fee.

I know we don't write for money, but this looks like a contest with prestige, done for the right reasons, to encourage young poets. Not something like Poetry.com that makes everyone look like a 'winner,' so long as you can afford their books and conferences. Whoops, did I say that out loud?

Ah, yeah.. I guess maybe it's wrong (or silly) but I'd rather get paid than famous..hahaha.. but then again, that's a broke me talking. It looks like a cool contest, honestly, and I like the idea behind it.. though I don't have quite the right last name to fit with the woman it was founded for (a Goldstein, Rosenthal, etc :D ) but that doesn't matter to me.. I agree about that certain poetry.con you mentioned, too.. not worth bothering with. Also, yes, I did see your site, and I did like it very much.. Did you say you have someone drawing the images for you? Well, anyhow, I unfortunately don't have anything new worth posting here as of yet, buut.. maybe some time soon.
