I love knighthoods
Given to the right people.
Wrapped, ribboned goods
To talk show hosts
Sports commentators
Politicians
Reality show ghosts
Non musicians
Religious agitators
People with addictions.

I passed a man
Who was out of his skull
It was icy cold.
He said – here, take my coat –
I said Hi -
I walked by.
I turned around
Threw him a pound
He said – Thank You Sir –
I said – No – Thank You Sir –
And threw a five pound note.
