Well, I finished this checkpoint. Something is up with Ivy and I really want to know.

I definatly think Dan is connected to the Witch Hunter Murders. I don't think he's dead yet though, I think he's working for Trent. I think the main clues we're going to get in this book are from him, maybe when he realizes how deep into trouble he got himself in. I also want to know what Sarah Jane (was that her name, I forgot already?) knows. She knows a lot more then she's letting on.

As for the actual Witch Hunter, I'm not even sure it's 100% Trent yet. This soon into the book with only one clear target? Too obvious. It's someone else I think. But if it were to end up Trent, I'm looking at motives. We have security coming up a lot, that and weather. I'm thinking they may not all be linked to the same motive. Maybe the security one could be putting a safe in to keep Racheal out? Best I got at this point anyway.

I know it's far fetched, but have we seen Trent do anything magical on his own yet?  I don't think we have.  He has guys doing magical stuff for him.  What if he's human and not magical at all.  Just a thought.  Maybe he hates the Inderlanders and he's on a mission to get power and kill them all off.

 

I don't have my book handy so I'm not sure where I am..LOL

I thought Piscary in the restaurant, putting that spell thing on Rachel was interesting.  It made it seem as though Ivy was supposed to be doing something that she wasn't doing. 

 

All I can say is grr. I can comment because I have a few answers, but I can't because they don't belong in this checkpoint. You'll know a little more by checkpoint 3. I decided to read some last night, and well, it was all so interesting I couldn't put it down until I forced myself to sleep some so I didn't die at work. Needless to say I read the ENTIRE NEXT checkpoint, lol, so just post over there once you get that far lmao...

Ok...I'm a bit beyond this this check point now.  The sex scene was sort of confused but the scene with Ivy was very good, including Nick knocking her out. 

If trent is not human then I'm going to guess demon....but don't tell me.

Grr, there is something I want to say to that, but I can't without giving away what Trent is. Grr and double grr again.
