But what did it actually say?
Napolean says that great men have believed in Jesus Christ.
He says that the church has lived for over 1800 years, due to the power of Jesus. (He DOESN'T mention the horrible things committed by GREAT BELIEVERS within the all powerful church though. If God or Jesus kept this church alive, where they condoning the wickedness as well?)
That's about as close as Napoleon comes -in that speech- to provide some sort of proof of Jesus Christ's authenticity to be something supernatural.
All the rest of it is speculation based on assumption that .......... Jesus Christ of the Gospels actually lived!
I could possibly get just as emotional about Santa Claus ........ if I believed with all my heart that Santa Claus is real and alive.
So no .............. this Napoleon speech is no more profound than a preacher speculating from his pulpit.
