If you could see the trees in the forest
"I don't come out against Jesus Christ" Louis. No more than you come out against -say, Santa Claus."
Do you ceebrate Christmas, Vince? I'd wager you and your family exchange gifts and if you have grandchildren I know you do. I'll also wager that you don't tell your grandchildren that Sant Claus is a myth.
I've read quite a lot of the arguments for and against the existance of Jesus. Whatever trips your trigger is usually the way the tree falls. You say you don't come out against anything, but then you call it a myth. But you cover both ends by admitting you not an athiest. Then that means are an agnostic?
In order to come out against something, that something has to EXIST!
"I can only be against the WAY the myth is USED for perverting decent human interaction -and justifying that by belief- into something that segregates, judges, condemns and punishes people ......... based solely on a belief for justification."
And you keep accusing me of the above. Vince, I go to church for one reason. Me! I don't go to accuse anyone. I don't pervert christians, I don't segregate anyone, and I don't condenm, or punish anyone. When I got past all that childish stuff my religion took on a totally new concept. You must have been around a lot of phonies, Vince.
Jesus said He didn't come to call the righteous, but thoswe who were sick. What was wrong with me, Vince, was I was sick. I found my cure. I'm still in tharaphy. I don't knock the physician, though. When you sin against heaven you have no other place to turn. I don't imagine you'll get that though. Sortal like the myth of Santa Claus. And I ask you, whats wrong withyou? Louis
