No, it's nonsense rationalization

If a creator has complete control and he happens to create something that doesn't work right, he'll simply scrap it and start over. If he doesn't, his design is flawed ....... and he's NOT going to compound his error by sacrificing a part of himself to try to alleviate the flaw because that only makes things worse than they previously were.

According to your theory, God is flawed himself because he just CAN'T get things fixed up properly to his own specification.
