I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your very good friend. I can't imagine what you're going through, nor her family. One thing to cling to, is she was able to see her daughter home from her mission. Although I am not active in the church (haven't been for about 12 years), over the past year, we have invited many of the local missionaries into our home to give them a good homecooked meal and some nice conversation. The missionaries sacrifice so much, especially time with their families, but I hope your friend's family is comforted by the fact that she were able to spend time together as a whole family before your friend passed.
