I had significant lower back pain with all my pregnancies, and though only one resulted in a live birth, it was the one with the most pain. With that one, I was about ready to go to my arthritis doctor for more medication when my mom suggested I could be pregnant. Anyhow, please don't worry about it. Trust the doctors and relax--that is the best thing you can do right now though I know how hard that is.
