It sounds like you may be having a panic attack from severe anxiety. You are only 6 wks, right? You aren't bleeding, right? I don't think the u/s tech knew what she was doing and you should not go the whole weekend without making sure you hear from your RE and arrange for another u/s and get something so you can stop panicking.

I'm soooo sorry you have been told this likely incorrect information. I had a panic attack in my 20's and I'll never forget the chest pains and hyperventilating that nearly caused me to pass out. It landed me for an overnight hospital stay.

Please see if, while you wait to hear from your doctor, you can lie down and just simply concentrate on breathing slowly and deeply. Please update us. I'm worried about you.
