Hi,

I also had the most insane panic attack/anxiety experience of my life while I was pg with my DD. My OB prescribed Ativan, which is safe to take for a limited time during pregnancy. I did take it, it absolutely helped calm me down (and really helped me sleep) and my DD turned out to be perfectly healthy so it definitely did not have any adverse effects on her.

You are having exactly what I had and I really think you should get some medication. You do not need to suffer like this, no one will judge you for needing something to help you relax. If you don't get it before Monday, please mention to your RE or OB that you are afraid you will have another panic attack and you would like to have a prescription on hand for Ativan just in case.

Take care of yourself,
Sarah
