the key is so stop it about 6-8 weeks before delivery. Babies born to mothers on Zoloft who do not stop before birth tend to be more"cranky" because of the sudden stopping of the medication. Perfectly safe for baby and mom during PG. Massachusetts General Hospital has a whole study and resource team decoted to this. I will see if I can find the link. My Shrink gave me the hotline to call to speak to one of the professionals.
