Dr. Zervodakis at Cornell (the MFM group). he is not the warm and fuzzy type, but very, very experienced (he used to be the head of the dept)--he has seen it all and I had a host of high risk issues. I felt in very good hands and would recommend him (he delivered my niece too). HTH
