finding an OB

I preferred a male over a female doctor.

I'd had difficulties in the past with female OBs. I started to realize it was silly to rule out male doctors. And I don't necessarily think woman OBs are better just because they have the same female body parts that I have. This does not make someone a better doctor!

I met a few female OBs were who uncaring and unprofessional. It was like they felt just being a woman was enough to be a good OB. I don't believe that, or care for that attitude. I went with a male OB and have been with him for years now. He is great.
