Worried about fetal HR at 5w5days...

I went in for first ultrasound early at 5w5d secondary to bad cramping (no bleeding though). Measuring at 6 weeks but fetal HR only 84. Rn told me not to worry that it was still very early, but I can't help it. Anyone else had early US with low HR?
