P4 level of 29, 9 days post transfer. Does it's mean......

there's no hope coz the body can't even produce a decent amount & I am on injections & suppositories. To top it off, had a bout of extreme hunger about 3hours ago which disappeared as suddenly & now I am cramping like AF is on it's way
