how I wish I'd known this when I had my #1, those pains were so bad it made walking really difficult.
So let me get this straight, it's in the spot where your leg meets your groin, right? As if you are pulling something constantly, right?
ok. My chiropractor gave me this temporary cure. Lie down on your back (it's only a minute or two, don't worry about baby and blood flow) and bend your knees (getting into position might be painful) and squeeze them together hard. This might hurt but bear through it because when you release, you'll see the difference. IF this doesn't help, squeeze your legs together and have your DH/partner gently try to pull them apart (this is to offer more resistance) and release. Seriously. this saved me in my second pg. Sure I had the pains but was able to do this and give me relief for a wee bit.
Good luck. oh and let me know if you get restless legs at night, I have a cure for that too!

~~DD's nat conception I attribute to using OPKs like a crazy nut, eating grapefruit daily and using preseed. also 5 cycles of TCM ending 2 cycles before that lucky cycle.
