It was "processed" lunch meat, like bologna and chicken that's made from parts (so anything cheap and not "whole breast") the stuff in the little packages and any deli salad since they have been out for a while. I was told I was OK with whole breast turkey and chicken, but not roast beef since you don't know what temp it was cooked to. I also avoid any processed chicken, like "Subway" 5$ 'chicken breast' sandwiches and nuggets. (Darn it!)
So I have had some 'whole breast' cold cut sandwiches. Yummm!
It all seems to relative to your dr and being careful. I bet you are fine.
