Response to feeling crappy at 36w

I had so much pain and discomfort from around 24 weeks on. This puts me at about 34 weeks on for a singleton. I felt like plain crap. Out of breath, waddling, back, belly, ligament, etc etc. As long as you are not having painful contractions, I wouldn't be overly concerned. Try to lay down as much as you can. I tried prenatal massage but it made me feel worse.
