Latest research on immune issues?

Hi Ladies. This was my board years ago when I conceived my DD. I'm here again asking if anyone is up-to-date on the latest research, immune docs, and treatments in reproductive immunology. I am teaching a fertility yoga class and there are several cases of unexplained fertility so I am trying to encourage those women to at least consider getting checked. If you know of a great website or other source of solid information, please share! Thanks!
