what type of p4 supplements are you taking (endometrium/suppositories?)? I found this type of p4 to be drying, and I wonder if this is what is happening, making it harder to insert. Drinking lots of water/staying well hydrated may help. I wouldn't worry too much as it sounds like it is not falling out, etc. However, you should probably call your dr/RE/nurse (even if tomorrow morning?). SMRC
