Sara, I can't believe you are this far along! Holy cow!
Yeah, I was 41.5 weeks and not dilated and my OB did not want to wait any longer. I went to the hospital at 9pm at night and went on a pitocin drip. The next morning I hadn't really dilated so she broke my water and kept dialing up the pitocin. That afternoon things got cooking. By 8pm I was fully dilated and had my daughter out in about 50 minutes of pushing. It was actually fairly easy.
