Funny you mentioned the Mamaroo...I won a Mamaroo a few weeks ago. Was thrilled, but like you, I have several friends who splurged on it and their LO's hated it, and they too, went out and bought either a swing or a bouncer. It will be interesting to see what happens with that.

I had my heart set on the Peg Perego SIP 30 carseat and thankfully that's compatible with the Bug. But you raised some good points. I watched a video this morning comparing the old Bug to the new one coming out in September and there are alot of little changes that seem like they may be worth waiting for. The one big thing that I had a hard time with, was kicking the front of the wheels to break it down. You don't have to do that with the new one. Maybe that gets easier (does it?) Maybe the fact that I was wearing flip flops the day I tested it..had something to do with why I had trouble breaking it down happy.gif

Bu.y B.uy B.aby said that a few weeks before your due date they send a completion certificate for 10% off the remaining items on your registry and when we asked, they said it would entitle us to a discount on the Bug- which I was surprised to hear, because I know you can't use coupons on it. But they said absolutely. So it might be a good idea to wait (even though I am so impatient and want everything done asap) On the flip side, if we do decide to go with the old one (meaning the one thats currently out there vs the new one to be launched in Sept) they said their inventory wasn't that high so we might want to not wait. Have to think about it. But I really loved the feel of the stroller, it felt so good pushing it and making turns. I compared it to the Vista and I wasn't happy with the feel of that at all.

Thanks for sharing your love of this stroller!!! It's good to talk to someone who has it and who can speak from experience.

I have yet to walk into G. iggle but I do get their emails and hope to go visit that store soon (there is one here in Long Island) The next big decision is the Crib. It's so hard to choose..4 in 1 or low profile or plain or Pottery Barn Kids or Bu.yBuy.Ba.by! How did you pick?

Thank you again for the amazing review, you are so helpful and I always trust and value your advice very much.
